REFUND POLICY
Store credit or exchanges are accepted. No refunds.
If the item is damaged or not what you ordered, you can exchange to a different item on our store. Please note delays are out of our control and you will not be refunded due to a delay.
If you pay with a pay in four payment processor, Afterpay, Shop Pay, Sezzle, etc refund will be 96% of the payment, due to the pay in four fees that are non-refundable on pay in 4 orders.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, it must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. No exchanges/returns for sale items.
Once we receive the item back, we will send you a store credit gift card or send your item of choice, that is of equal value to you.
